WHMCS (WHM Complete Solution) is an all-in-one client management, billing & support solution for online businesses. WHMCS client area is templated to allow to change the look and feel of everything. WHMCS uses powerful Smarty template system which allows to customize the layout with ease.
This article applies to:

Step (1). Log-in into your website control panel where you installed WHMCS system.
Step (2). Go to the templates folder. You will find existing WHMCS templates. These templates are for WHMCS client area.
Step (3). Open the template folder for which you want to add your custom logo. For eg: default is the default template folder. Open default template folder.
Step (4). You will find img folder once you open the template folder. Open img folder.
Step (5). Find whmcslogo.png file which is the WHMCS logo file.
Step (6). Upload your logo file into this folder and rename your logo file to whmcslogo.png.
Step (7). Refresh your WHMCS client portal. You will see your logo displayed on the website in place of WHMCS logo.
