You may receive an FTP Error when trying to publish via Site Builder (Site.pro):

Solution:

You may be logged in via the client area or via WHM Reseller Panel. If so logout and browser to
http://yourdomain/cpanel
Please replace your domain with the domain you are trying to publish to.

Note the login details were provided upon signup or upon creation of the account via reseller panel in wHM.

Once logged in retry to publish as it should work.
