Email setups on either Outlook or smart devices should be set up using the following guidelines:
1. IMAP should always be considered, so that multiple devices can receive the emails.
2. The email server addresses should, where possible, always be the server name of your server or alternatively mail.yourdomainname.*
3. The username is always the full email address.
4. Outgoing email should always be authenticated.
5. The ports should be SSL/TLS with ports 993 for IMAPS and 465 for SMTP, Alternatively Non-SSL could also be used : IMAP PORT: 143 and SMTP 25
Keeping this in mind should ensure any email setup you create work the first time.
