On shared hosting having this permission is a security risk.
Hence please note on our servers it is not enabled and will not be enabled on shared hosting environment.
Kindly use an alternative more secure plugin if using wordpress or alternatively code with the LOCAL part in the code as per the following post which may or may not assist:
