We looked into this thoroughly and found that its a huge security risk as the ASPState database is shared and each application will have (read/write!) access to each other's state info.
We unfortunately do not offer this as its firstly not common requirement as only a handful of customers require it from time to time. Those will unfortunately have to get a Windows VPS with us or some other provider to utilize this feature.
